Welcome Back to Nanango Forest
After some 7 years break the town of Nanango and its citizens are very keen to welcome back the sport of Endurance and its many followers, not to mention all the magnificent horses that will test their ability, together with the riders, on the tracks and trails of the East Nanango State Forest.
The recently incorporated association Nanango Heritage Endurance Riders Association Inc (NHERA) whose Executive members include Barbara Timms President, Margie Lee-Madigan Vice President & Town Liaison, Colleen Shaw Secretary, Nev Badman Communications & Sponsorship and active member Scott Madigan are looking forward to bringing two major events to the Nanango Shire.
The 2007 program includes 80klm Forest Ride March 17th & 18th with the ride being held on Sunday the 18th. On the Queens Birthday weekend the 8th -10th June we will be conducting the Sample and Partners International FEI 3* 160klm ride together with the Trans Tasman FEI 3* 160klm and FEI 2* 110klm where teams from New Zealand and other nations will be competing.
